Danielle’s suggestion:
Aqua gel luminous moisturizer (oil free).
The aloe and wild rose extract in this moisturizer will help calm redness in the skin.
Danielle’s Suggestion:
Total Replenish Eye Cream.
According to Danielle, eye cream is one of the most important pieces of this look, “You are doing your face a huge disservice if you are spending money on moisturizer to use day and night but skipping your eye cream. The area around the eye is what needs moisture the most – Do not neglect your eyes or you will be sorry in ten years!”
Danielle’s Suggestion:
Light optimizing primer (oil free).
This primer will help you achieve a lit from within glow without too much shine or that dewy look.
Danielle’s Suggestion:
Pro-prime Instant Line & Pore Perfecter
If you are a normal human (aka not a high fashion model with perfect skin), this stuff will change everything you once believed about having to live with the size of your pores – it even ‘erases’ fine lines. This product helps you achieve the smooth, even texture that is so crucial to this look. At the very least, go to a NARS counter near you and try it for yourself (but be prepared to become addicted and not be able to leave without it).
Danielle’s Suggestion:
All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation
Shake vigorously before using and you will only need one drop – for real. Even more exciting, this foundation is 16 hour wear (tested and proven by Danielle). Side note: Nars products are meant to be applied with your hands so unless you must, don’t use a brush for this.
Danielle’s Suggestion:
Soft Velvet Loose Powder, apply with the NARS Boton Brush
Setting your foundation with powder will stop your foundation from getting too concentrated in wrinkles or under eyes, keeping your entire complexion nice and even all day long.
Danielle’s Suggestion:
1) Valhalla Eye Shadow – paint onto the lid and up into the crease
2) St Paul-de-Vance – paint into the crease of your eye
3) Larger then Life Long Wear Eye Liner in Rue Bonaparte – draw this liner in your waterline. This will erase that redness that makes you look tired leaving you with a refreshed, fresh look. Note that the ONLY liner we are using for this look is the nude liner in your waterline.
4) Define lash line underneath with St. Paul-de-Vance (or you could use some of your bronzer as an alternate).
Danielle’s Suggestion:
Brow Perfecter
Fill in brows with your brow pencil, remember the key is to keep it natural to make sure you are not doing it with a heavy hand. Then swipe on some mascara, and voila! You are a refreshed, flawless Parisian inspired goddess and ready to take on your day.
