Social media can be a very powerful thing, it can be many things to many people, it can be used for good or it can be used to spread negativity. In this situation, it was used for good and the result is absolutely beautiful. Thanks to social media, something wonderful happened yesterday. Earlier this month, a video of a 5 year old boy named Seth Lane went viral. As we all learned, this little boy was born without an immune system and he was set to have surgery for a second bone marrow transplant yesterday. In the video, all he asks is for everyone to wear his favorite color, yellow, to show support for him. If the bone marrow transplant works, Seth could be cured and gain a full bill of health.
